trusteenetplus is an on-line membership scheme which gives you use of CTN’s online network trusteenet (located at www.trusteenet.org.uk) and additional benefits as specified from time to time.
"Fair dealing" essentially allows limited copying without permission provided it is fair and the commercial interests of the rights holder are not damaged.
We reserve the right to withdraw all or part of the website at any time.
Suggestions and advice from other trusteenet or trusteenetplus members is entirely voluntary and personal and does not reflect the views of, or endorsement by, CTN. CTN will be not be liable to you in any way for any loss of profit, loss of earnings, loss of anticipated savings, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill that you may suffer as a result of following such advice. Further, in no event shall we be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of following such advice.

To register as a subscriber of trusteenetplus you must be at least 18 years old. You agree that the information that you provide to us on registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current and complete, and you agree that you will ensure it is kept accurate and up to date at all times.
We may refuse to accept your registration for subscription for any reason at our absolute discretion.
We shall not be responsible to you in the event that we cannot provide the benefits to you that are contained in the benefits package.
We shall not be responsible to you in the event that our suppliers fail to provide the specified benefits, for example but not limited to, for reasons of insolvency or production problems.
Trustee indemnity insurance provided by Zurich is available to trustees of all UK based charitable, voluntary and community organisations other than registered social landlords (housing associations) and educational establishments. It covers you as an individual for any number of trusteeships you hold. It is personal to you and you may not transfer it to another person. It does not cover your entire board. By “trustee” we mean any trustee, director, member of a governing body or management committee member of the above organisations.
You may currently pay annually by direct debit mandate, electronic transfer or cheque. If you pay by direct debit the renewal system will be automatic. We will remind you when your renewal date is approaching and when the next direct debit is due to be taken. If you have paid by cheque or electronic transfer we will contact you one month before your renewal date and remind you to renew your membership.
You can cancel your trusteenetplus membership by giving 28 days’ notice in writing to CTN at its offices in Guildford. However, once you have purchased a year’s subscription the insurance cover and magazine subscription will continue until the end of the one-year term. We are unable to give refunds.
Our Privacy Policy outlines the way in which CTN may communicate with you, what information we collect from you and with whom we may share it.
The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to change by CTN at any time. CTN will aim to make users aware of any significant changes. Use of this site following changes shall indicate the user's acceptance of the new agreement.
