The launch meeting in October 2008 was attended by 35 trustees from 18 local voluntary and community groups.

EVENTS

Our next meeting is on:

Wednesday 27 January 2010 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Watford CVS

The meeting will focus on financial matters and will be led by Nicola Ferriday of Myers Clark Chartered Accountants. Nicola’s session will cover:

• trustees’ duties & responsibilities in respect of the finances;
• the financial cycle for trustees: the (pre-year) annual budget setting; reporting back; amending budgets/forecasts etc.; year-end accounts & audit/IE and the AGM.

Just a quick reminder that our other dates for 2010 are: Thursday 29 April 2010 6.30pm to 8.30pm; Monday 19 July 2010 6.30pm to 8.30pm and Tuesday 26 October 2010 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
