Getting a Fair Deal from Contracts - Day 2 - Southampton

This three day introductory programme from DSC will equip you with the essential knowledge, skills and attitude to negotiate fairer contracts with public sector agencies.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

• Identify key issues, processes and techniques involved in bidding for and managing contracts and service agreements with public sector agencies
• Highlight good practice in costing, bidding for and drafting contracts
• Decide whether a contract is right for them and, if so, enter into the contracting process in a way that enhances their vision and core values
• Identify what they need to do to ensure that their organisations is in a strong position to successfully take on contracts

The course is spread over three days; the first was yesterday and the last is on 25th February.
