The changes introduced by the Charities Act 2006 and Companies Act 2006 are being implemented in stages. This half-day seminar will update charities on the progress of these changes and their implications.

James Sinclair-Taylor and Tamsin Priddle will examine the legal and governance aspects of the Acts. Guest speaker Pam Craig of Sayer Vincent will look at the Acts from an accounts perspective.
