All You Need to Know About Quality Systems - National Programme - Guildford

This training day will provide an overview of the Quality Standards most extensively used within the voluntary and community sector, including Investors in People, Investing in Volunteers, PQASSO, The Matrix Standard, Excellence model, etc.

The course is developed and delivered by Charities Evaluation Services, the UK's leading provider of support on quality and evaluation systems for the voluntary sector.

The course will look at the basic principles of self assessment and how it can be applied by organisations. The day is aimed at anyone considering the different options of Quality standards for their organisation, but also at people that support organsations when making those decisions.

By the end of the course participants will have:

• Increased knowledge of areas covered by key Quality Standards
• Improved confidence in using different Quality Standards for self assessment
• Increased understanind of appropriate criteria that can help you choose the most relevant Quality Standard
